Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth arrival experience at our downtown Milwaukee hotel. You will handle guest requests and operate the front desk system with courtesy and professionalism.

Applicants should have strong English communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Previous hotel, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred.
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival at the hotel.
