Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee City Center in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, supervise Front Desk, Bell Services, and Concierge teams, and ensure guest satisfaction in alignment with brand standards.

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, you will greet guests, handle requests, manage transactions, and support the daily functions of the front office while maintaining a guest-first mindset. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, reservations, or front desk preferred, with a guest-focused attitude.
• Strong customer service background and ability to handle guest requests with professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with new systems and cloud-based phone/communication platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, reservations, and bell staff as needed.
• Ensure all daily functions from checklist are completed.
• Greet guests and check them in and out.
• Perform manual and computer posting of transactions.
• Handle money, credit cards, and checks.
• Issue mail and messages to guests.
• Take reservations.
• Provide directions and answers to guest questions.
• Enter wake-up calls and other duties as assigned.
