Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for our Houston property. You will lead front desk operations, greet guests, and oversee check-in/check-out processes to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling cash and billing, and ensuring accurate information entry in the PMS system while upholding safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Ability to use a calculator and perform moderately complex math accurately.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to input information accurately using a moderately complex computer system.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide clear direction to staff.
• Input and confirm guest information during check-in.
• Handle billing, post charges, and balance house accounts.
• Answer phones clearly in English and relay messages.
• Manage shifts and train new front desk agents on procedures and CRM tools.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and safety procedures.
