Job summary

Gaylord Hotels in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Front Office/Guest Services Manager to assist the Front Office Manager, supervise Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk, and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.

You will work with managers to satisfy guests and maximize departmental financial performance while maintaining high service standards and smooth daily operations. This leadership role reports to the Front Office leadership team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years in guest services/front desk or related area.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions.
• Supervise Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk.
• Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to maximizing the department's financial performance.
