Job summary

SoulCycle is seeking a part-time front desk associate in New York. You will provide warm hospitality, manage check-in, assist studio management, and support instructors.

Availability must include at least 3 days per week (total 20 hours) with one weekend day, plus peak holiday shifts. Responsibilities include customer service, assisting management, maintaining retail knowledge, upholding the SoulCycle aesthetic, and cleaning/prepping studios.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Provide support to SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in.
• Work as a cohesive team with SoulCycle staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching of front desk staff.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
• Maintain SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
• Studio cleaning and prepping, including bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Common area cleaning including front desk, lockers, shelves, office, and hallways.
• Bathroom and changing room cleaning.
