Job summary

Camping World is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greet guests, and set a positive tone for every interaction.

You will coordinate front desk activities and manage VIP check-ins, directing customers to the appropriate team member. Ideal candidates will have High School education, strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work well in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers.
• Set tone for a positive customer experience.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s).
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in our CRM.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day.
• Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk.
• Other duties as assigned.
