Ideal candidates have high school education and prior high-standard customer service experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The role includes front desk coordination, calls, and CRM updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in a high-standard customer service environment is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers, setting a positive tone.
• Direct customers to appropriate team member(s) for assistance.
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering/directing calls.
• Track and respond to sales inquiries in the CRM.
• Support daily front desk operations and service customers.
