MPOWER Physical Therapy in Franklin, TN is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to deliver exceptional patient service in person and by phone. This full-time, day-shift role supports scheduling, payments, insurance explanations, and coordination between therapy clinics and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with medical office administration and billing is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with therapists, payers and clinic staff.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients and teammates.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments and manage reminders.
• Collect and post payments; handle insurance explanations.
• Enter payment data for services and maintain paperwork.
• Maintain patient chart information and HIPAA compliance.
• Create purchase orders for clinic supplies as needed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and collaboration.
