Job summary

Baltimore McHenry Row Courtyard is seeking a front desk associate to provide outstanding guest services, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer guest inquiries at the lobby. You will process payments according to hotel requirements and distribute information about local attractions.

Requirements include at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred), the ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
