Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• TIPS or similar alcohol server certification required.
• 2+ years experience in customer service; front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and checks in/out per brand standards.
• Registers guests and processes payments.
• Posts transactions and reviews guest balances.
• Coordinates with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Upsells to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Maintains guest safety and privacy per procedures.
• Operates PBX and hotel systems for calls and reservations.
• Performs routine reports and manages cash transactions.
