Job summary

Shaner Hotels is hiring for a Front Desk Clerk at the Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore McHenry Row. You will greet guests, perform check-ins and check-outs, handle payments, and provide information on local attractions with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred), and basic computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction is essential.

• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
