Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore White Marsh is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk, guest services, reservations and PBX, ensuring stellar service and adherence to brand standards. The ideal candidate will have leadership and supervisory experience, manage staff, and maintain professional demeanor while delivering exceptional guest experiences day and night.

Primary schedule is 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am; weekend and holiday coverage required.

Qualifications

• Seeking an individual with Leadership and supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Direct daily activities at Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit, PBX and Reservations.
• Schedule according to operation needs, including primary PM Shift.
• Balance cash, handle inquiries, and maintain standards.
• Attend stand-up and staff meetings; uphold professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
