Responsibilities include monitoring lobby activity, operating access-control systems and cameras, responding to incidents calmly, and supporting day-to-day operations. Valid state licensing and background check are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building staff at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report anomalies according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel or responders.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering phones, giving directions, receiving deliveries, and communicating building information to authorized individuals.
