Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience with issuing and tracking credentials.
• Proficiency with computer/tablet for daily operations and communications.
• Customer service experience with professional, courteous client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk access according to site requirements.
• Verify identifications and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and tenant concerns following emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and reports, coordinating with property management and leadership.
