Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk of a retail and commercial location, delivering customer service while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, tenants, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones, provide directions and information, and assist with communications between building occupants, visitors, and authorized responders.
