• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including initiating appropriate emergency response activities.
• Receive incoming calls, provide directions and building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders.

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Management Desk in Chicago, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access control and badge activities, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You will serve as a professional, visible presence while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
