Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk, following site procedures.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, and alarms; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergency situations with calm, professional problem-solving.
• Receive calls, provide directions/building information, and communicate with management and responders.
