This role requires 18+ (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and a valid driver's license for driving positions. The schedule includes day and night shifts with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Greet tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors; verify access credentials; and direct individuals according to procedures.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents and tenant requests calmly, following emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain front-desk logs, visitor records, and communications with management and Allied Universal leadership.
