Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments and access authorizations, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, and communications equipment; report issues.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with building management, tenants, and emergency responders as needed.
