Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate for an on-site position in West Palm Beach, FL. You will greet residents and guests, manage access control, and support daily operations with a focus on safety and service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and emergency response skills. The role requires independence and adherence to building safety procedures, under the guidance of the on-site property manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information system hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, guests and invitees.
• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Monitor access to the building and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
