Job summary

VW Audi Boise is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist/Scheduler to be the first contact for customers in a fast-paced front-office environment.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, schedule service appointments, maintain customer records, and assist sales or service advisors while keeping the lobby welcoming. This on-site, full-time role offers hourly pay from $19 to $23 based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Training on scheduling software is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors at the dealership.
• Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments with the service team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to sales or service.
• Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and welcoming.
