Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, customers, and employees
• Assist with clerical duties including scanning, filing, and organizing documents
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and dealership staff
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
