• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with basic office software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system and route calls to the right person.
• Answer calls quickly and politely, transferring as needed.
• Minimize hold time and confirm if customers want to wait.
• Take detailed messages with caller info and pass to the right person.
• Filter calls per management request and notify appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and update the dealership directory.
• Greet showroom visitors and direct to the appropriate department.
• Record data in the CRM and prepare weekly lead reports.
• Perform general office tasks and maintain tidy workspace.
• Maintain professional appearance and appearance of workstation.
