Job summary

Ballast Wax is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to be the face of the center, greet guests, and educate them on our services. You will manage the front desk, answer phones, and handle reservations with a guest-first mindset.

You’ll learn our products and promotions, drive repeat visits, and support sales goals while delivering a warm, professional experience to every guest. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules at an on-site location.

Qualifications

• Warmly greet every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit.
• Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiries.
• Create an environment guests want to return to and tell their friends about.
• Educate guests on waxing services, savings, and promotions.
• Communicate benefits of waxing frequency and skincare products.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals.
• Contribute to center-wide performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures and daily administrative tasks.
• Process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
