Responsibilities

• Register/check-in patients and collect required information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Explain financial policies and payment options to patients.
• Enter payments/charges and reconcile daily transactions.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with care teams.
• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Assist with patient records requests per policy and law.
• Support patient flow (escort, vitals, history) as needed.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment.
