• Passion for hospitality and customer service (hotel experience a plus, not required)

• Detail-oriented with ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
• Verify payments and guest information in the PMS
• Prepare key packets and coordinate group arrivals
• Resolve issues to create five-star experiences
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Laundry to run operations smoothly
• Maintain a sharp, organized front desk and guest-ready appearance
