Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for a full-time role in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will greet and register guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to requests, and serve as a communication hub between guests and hotel departments.

The ideal candidate has prior front desk or guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask calmly during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or guest service experience is required.
• Confident communicator with strong guest interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods.
• Marriott and/or FSPMS experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest questions and requests; resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
