Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our on-site team in the Herndon, VA area. You will greet guests, register them, and manage check-ins/outs while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining financial accountability.

Ideal candidates have front desk experience, strong computer skills, and a flexible schedule to cover days, evenings and weekends. Marriott brand experience is a plus, and discount programs are available for associates and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a busy front desk or hotel environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests upon arrival and assist with check-in.
• Process check-out and handle payments, currency exchange, and POS transactions.
• Answer guest questions, upsell hotel services, and promote amenities.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with a friendly, professional approach.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure room assignments are correctly coded.
