Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Massachusetts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a full-time, second-shift role. You will greet guests, register arrivals, manage check-ins/outs, answer questions, resolve concerns, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has prior front desk or guest service experience in a high-volume environment, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask calmly.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or guest service experience in a high-volume environment is required.
• Strong communication and hosting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort using computer systems to check guests in/out and access property information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to questions and requests, resolve concerns, and communicate with hotel departments.
• Help ensure every interaction is welcoming, efficient and professional for a high-volume property.
• Coordinate with other teams to connect guests with services and solutions.
