Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years customer service experience preferred in healthcare, call center, or retail.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams.
• Understand billing processes related to services offered.
• Enter referrals and maintain patient records and charts.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
