Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or call center.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with eClinical and EMA a Plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high service quality.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support productivity while understanding billing processes and services offered.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records to keep charts up to date.
• Demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
