Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and direct to appropriate department.
• Register patients and obtain consent for release of records.
• Perform financial screenings for uninsured or underinsured to ensure affordable care.
• Verify benefits (Medicaid/Medicare/commercial) for billing accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and sliding fee payments at the time of visit.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups as required.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate department.
