Twin Cities Orthopedics, operating under Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), seeks an exceptional Patient Services Representative to support front desk operations at the Eagan location. This casual role involves registration, check-in, and essential administrative duties with a focus on patient service quality.

Shifts include early morning and daytime slots (4:30 AM–1:00 PM; 8:30 AM–5:00 PM), with potential additional hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register surgery patients and collect insurance information.
• Verify patient insurance is up to date.
• Enter new or changed patient information into the system before surgery.
• Maintain courteous communication with patients' families and guests.
• Prepare patient charts and maintain waiting areas.
