Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Edina, MN location. This on-site, full-time role handles patient registration, check-in, and essential clinical support duties within a busy practice.

Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule applies; the position supports Almara Women's Health as part of our healthcare network. Experience in medical office administration and strong Microsoft Office skills are valued.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID for incoming patients.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the practice management systems.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management including preparing for outreach events.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, employers and clinic staff.
• Rotation of Switchboard Operator duties including handling calls and coordinating interpreters and referrals.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
