Advocate Health in Charlotte is seeking an attentive front desk professional to ensure efficient patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling. You will handle arrival/departure activities with accuracy and compassion, guiding families through sensitive situations.

The role requires strong computer skills, patient relations experience, and familiarity with Medical Records Software. Front desk experience is preferred in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer relations experience required.
• Experience with Medical Records Software preferred, Front desk practice experience preferred.

• Monitors inventory and stock medications, narcotics, and emergency medications/equipment
