MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver a best-in-class front desk experience during check-in and check-out. You will learn insurance options, confirm appointments, greet patients, and support office staff in a fast-paced environment.

No optical experience needed—training provided. You should be organized, multi-task capable, and a friendly, patient-focused team player who can wear multiple hats and collaborate with doctors to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to wear multiple hats.
• Friendly, patient-centric demeanor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience that creates a timely, seamless, and positive experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options as they check in/out for appointments.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments and support office staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide seamless patient experience.
