Responsibilities

• Process check-in and check-out, and schedule appointments via EPIC.
• Greet patients/visitors in person or by phone in a professional manner.
• Maintain efficient flow of the practice and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
