• Collaborate with site leadership to manage complex patient issues.
• Manage patient flow during waiting and registration, assist with self-registration.
• Register patients and maintain accurate demographics, insurance, and HIPAA-compliant data.
• Handle incoming documents, mail, and correspondence with proper storage.
• Performs opening and closing duties and other assigned tasks.
