Job summary

Qualifications

• Answers questions and provides information and escalation when needed.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Manages patient flow and assists families with self-registration.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and handles incoming documents securely.
• Performs opening and closing duties and supports the medical team.
