Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior Front Desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions and seeks clarification as needed.
• Coordinates escalations and urgent issues for timely resolutions.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and protects patient privacy.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate demographics, insurance, and financial info.
• Monitors patient flow and assists with self-registration.
• Performs opening and closing duties including stocking and sanitizing.
• Executes other duties as assigned.
