Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a receptionist for our nursing center in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for patients, residents, families, candidates, and clients, handling calls and directing visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting people, directing them, handling mail, maintaining patient and staff lists, and ordering supplies. The role requires strong English skills and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Google; Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
