Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least one year in Customer Service.
• Previous work experience in a medical or dental clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides coverage for designated clinics and/or offices throughout the AXIS regions.
• Greeting, check-in, demographic data entry, payment collection and paperwork for patients.
• Responsible for patient registration, enrollment packets, screenings, scanning records and new charts.
• Ensures insurance data entry into the EHR and fee verification processes.
