Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least one year in customer service.
• Previous work in a medical or dental clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides greeting, check-in, demographic data entry, payment collection and completion of all paperwork for patients.
• Responsible for patient registration, distributing enrollment packets, patient screenings, scanning records, and chart creation.
• Ensures insurance information is entered into the EHR and performs fee collection and insurance verification.
• Maintains professionalism and delivers exceptional customer service while seeking efficiency improvements.
• Supports clinics across AXIS regions with coverage as needed.
