Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team. You will perform daily front office tasks, welcome patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help create a welcoming, efficient experience.

The position includes a four-week training program, competitive compensation, and a benefits package. You will report to the Manager and contribute to smooth operations and patient satisfaction in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities; 18+ age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
