Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team in a part-time role. You’ll manage front office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support patients to create a positive experience.

A four-week training program is provided to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and a 401(k) plan with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
