Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will deliver compassionate patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help build trust with patients through a four-week training program.

As a Full-Time Patient Coordinator, you’ll work under the Manager, participate in deposits and payment processing, and enjoy a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
