Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to support front office operations and deliver compassionate care to patients. You’ll report to the Manager and complete daily tasks, including scheduling, insurance verification, and deposits, after a four-week training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and process payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
