You will greet patients and families, handle check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, confirm recalls, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and assist with billing processes while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Answer calls and respond to appointment inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; manage recalls.
• Register patients and collect complete demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and support billing processes.
• Maintain patient records in paper and electronic systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to optimize patient flow.
