Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and family members professionally.
• Direct patients and provide assistance as needed.
• Collect necessary forms or use Phreesia tablet; update insurance/demographic data.
• Monitor wait times and communicate with physician stations.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
• Assist with non-clinical duties as assigned.
• Ensure timely patient flow and sign-in sheets.
