You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a friendly, professional environment and supporting both clinical and billing teams with documentation and coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required.
• Experience with patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processes preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and use computerized medical office systems.
• Friendly, organized, and dependable with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform front-desk duties: check-in/out, scheduling, payments, and medical records handling.
